Stoke City v Swansea
SS1 8pm

17th vs 19th in a Monday night clash that Sky appear to have neglected to make up a GLADITORIAL title like THE RETURN or RED MONDAY for.
A 0-0 draw with some Stoke injuries and or red cards, please

Couldn't think of a more boring match up

Contractual obligation match
Sky have to show everyone at some point so this is their Champions League week match to tick off a couple of teams they would rather ignore.

Re: Stoke City v Swansea
We slip down to 17th unless Swansea win, which seems doubtful.
Best result for us is a draw I suppose even though it pushes us down to just above the relegation spots.
Saturday becomes a real crunch six pointer.

Charlie Adam's not bad for a former drunk from Sauchiehall Street in Glasgow.

Swansea with some nice play and slight majority of the possession, but no end product, while Stoke have hit the post 3 (THREE) times...

Shawcross is on 4 yellow cards so will miss Saturday if Michael Oliver does his job properly

Stoke take back the lead.

Is there anywhere in England with more mongs per capita than Stoke ? Serious question.

3-1. Two goals for Bony.

Need a yellow card for Shawcross and Arnautovic. Both would miss our game with a fifth caution of the season.

Shaqiri has gone off injured already.

childish.

have we got enough to stop allen and bony?

Re: Stoke City v Swansea
Swansea look all at sea under the tutelage of the yank. Three goals conceded, three times their woodwork rattled, they look headed in the same direction as Hull City and Sunderland. We may already have three favourites for relegation.

Re: Stoke City v Swansea
Just what I was thinking. Even at this stage these three teams look truly dire. Might just be the saving grace for us this season, given that three games ago we looked equally as bad.

Sven Roeder 11:15 Mon Oct 31
Re: Stoke City v Swansea
Will take everything we can get .... and Arnautovic and probably Shaqiri missing is just fine with me.

Swansea look very flat .... losing Ayew and Williams is stretching them very thin and don't seem to have much goal threat.
Them and Sunderland could get cut adrift if they don't buck up

They have a pen at least
Which has been turned into a free kick instead
